Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Associate based in Gurugram. As a Customer Support Associate, you will handle day-to-day communication with customers to resolve queries, provide assistance, and ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include addressing customer requests promptly, offering solutions to enhance customer satisfaction, and working closely with sales and training teams to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience management
• Skills in Sales and the ability to work collaboratively with the sales team
• Competence in Training to educate customers or team members on product functionality and services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage customer interactions effectively
• Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns efficiently
• Previous experience in the electric vehicle or automotive sector is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred
