Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Associate based in Gurugram. As a Customer Support Associate, you will handle day-to-day communication with customers to resolve queries, provide assistance, and ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include addressing customer requests promptly, offering solutions to enhance customer satisfaction, and working closely with sales and training teams to improve service delivery. Qualifications Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience management Skills in Sales and the ability to work collaboratively with the sales team Competence in Training to educate customers or team members on product functionality and services Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage customer interactions effectively Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns efficiently Previous experience in the electric vehicle or automotive sector is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred
