Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Troubleshoot network issues using various tools and techniques to identify root causes of problems.
  • Provide excellent customer support through phone, email, or chat to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment handling international voice process (US Process).
  • Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken).
  • Strong understanding of IT support, remote support, network troubleshooting, and technical voice processes.
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts.
