Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Associate located in Bhopal. The Customer Support Associate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer issues, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include participating in sales training, maintaining knowledge of product offerings, and achieving sales targets. The associate will also collaborate with team members to improve customer support processes and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer Support, Customer Experience, and Customer Service skills
• Fresher also welcome
• 12th passout/ Graduate
• Ability to participate in and conduct training
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in BPO or call center environments is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
