Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals to join our team as Agent Calling Experts. This role is ideal for freshers who have an interest in customer support and communication and wish to start their career in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make regular outbound calls to agents and maintain strong communication.
• Act as a bridge between agents and the organization, ensuring smooth coordination.
• Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for agent queries and concerns.
• Ensure all queries are resolved promptly or escalated to the leadership team for timely intervention.
• Generate daily call updates in Excel and maintain accurate data records.
• Analyze improvement areas based on feedback and work closely with the internal team to implement corrective actions.
• Share regular reports and insights with the reporting manager.

Requirements

• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle multiple calls and maintain data accuracy..
