Customer Support Executive Hindi & English (Credit Card Process)

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls in Hindi & English for credit card customers.
  • Assist with card activation, billing, payments, limit inquiries, and dispute resolution.
  • Provide accurate information on transactions, rewards, and offers.
  • Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, KYC norms, and data security standards.
  • Manage sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
  • Escalate fraud, chargebacks, and unresolved issues as per protocol.
  • Maintain service quality, SLA adherence, and high customer satisfaction.responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with experience in Hindi and English can apply.

Candidates with customer support experience in credit cards are the best fit, but other customer support candidates may also apply
