Role: Telemarketing Location: Mylapore Work time: 9AM to 6PM Experience: 1 to 3 years Female Candidates Rotational Week off Salary: 15k to 24K (Incentives based on performance) Job Description: Contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about products or services (Good to have in real estate Expertise) Answering questions about products or the company Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales Upselling and cross-selling other products that may be useful for clients Updating customer information such as change of address and phone number Following-up calls with emails if required Some skills that are useful for telesales representatives include: Communication, Active listening, Technology knowledge, Persistence, Product knowledge, Organization, Collaboration, and Patience.
