• Key Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding of new clients from kickoff to deployment
• Provide first-line technical support and troubleshoot issues via chat, email, or video
• Coordinate projects across internal teams and clients, ensuring timelines are met
• Deliver product training and create support documentation as needed
• Monitor customer usage and proactively assist in adoption and satisfaction
• Capture client feedback to inform product improvements and AI workflows
• Support demos, trials, and pilot programs

• Ideal Candidate

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable with SaaS tools, APIs, and cloud-based platforms (or quick to learn)
• Curious about AI and excited to work with chatbots, teleconsultation, and communication SDKs
• Independent, motivated, and able to manage tasks with minimal supervision
• Prior experience in a support, CS, or tech coordination role is a bonus
