Customer Success & Technical Project Associate

As a valued team member, you will have a hybrid role involving project management, customer onboarding, technical support, and customer success. Your primary focus will revolve around assisting healthcare and enterprise clients worldwide by utilizing our suite of communication and AI products, such as Q-Consultation and Smart Chat Assistant. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing the onboarding process for new clients from kickoff to deployment - Providing first-line technical support and troubleshooting issues via chat, email, or video - Coordinating projects internally and with clients to ensure timelines are adhered to - Conducting product training and developing support documentation as necessary - Monitoring customer usage and actively contributing to adoption and satisfaction - Gathering client feedback to enhance product improvements and AI workflows - Supporting demos, trials, and pilot programs Qualifications required for this role: - Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English - Strong communication and organizational skills - Comfort working with SaaS tools, APIs, and cloud-based platforms or a quick learner in this regard - Curiosity about AI technology and a passion for working with chatbots, teleconsultation, and communication SDKs - Independent, motivated, and capable of managing tasks with minimal supervision - Previous experience in a support, customer success, or tech coordination role would be advantageous In addition to the above, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge communication and AI tools, particularly in the healthcare sector.
