About Company

Passionbits is a video marketing automation platform. Powered by AI & a growing community of 3000+ global creators & studios, powering full stack video GTM for enterprise marketers.Funding Status Pre-seed funded. Early revenue traction. Founding roles.

Responsibilities

Understand customer goals and help them achieve success with Passionbits.
Track product usage and proactively reach out when customers need help or haven’t seen value yet.
Collect and synthesize user feedback for the product and design teams.
Manage renewals, upsells, and churn-prevention workflows.
Create and maintain help articles, tutorials, and FAQs.
Represent the “voice of the customer” in internal discussions.
Partner with marketing/sales to turn successful users into advocates and case studies.
Be data-driven — monitor metrics like retention rate, activation rate, NPS, and account growth.
Work closely with the founders to streamline internal processes, track KPIs/OKRs, and ensure timely execution across functions.

Skills & Qualifications

0–2 years of experience in customer success, revenue operations, consulting roles; startups, or similarly fast-paced environments.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and execution.
Proactive mindset with the ability to work directly with leadership and independently own tasks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, and comfort in cross-functional environments.
