Customer Success & Strategy

As a Customer Success Manager at Passionbits, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and success. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding customer goals and assisting them in achieving success with Passionbits. - Tracking product usage and proactively reaching out to customers to provide support or address any issues. - Collecting and synthesizing user feedback to help improve the product. - Managing renewals, upsells, and churn-prevention workflows. - Creating and maintaining help articles, tutorials, and FAQs. - Representing the voice of the customer in internal discussions. - Collaborating with marketing/sales teams to showcase successful users as advocates and case studies. - Monitoring key metrics such as retention rate, activation rate, NPS, and account growth. - Working closely with the founders to optimize internal processes, track KPIs/OKRs, and ensure efficient execution across functions. Qualifications required for this role include: - 2 years of experience in customer success, revenue operations, consulting roles, preferably in startup environments. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. - Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with leadership. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable in cross-functional environments.
