Job Description

  • Renewal Pipeline Management:

    Manage and track a pipeline of customer renewals through the entire renewal lifecycle. This includes opportunity tracking, proposal and quote preparation, and executing negotiations.
  • Customer and Internal Collaboration:

    Work closely with internal teams including Customer Success, Field Sales, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and successful renewal process.
  • Customer Relationship Building:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and addressing objections, ensuring retention and satisfaction.
  • Renewal Execution:

    Proactively contact customers to prepare, deliver, and finalize renewal deals, including any reinstatements, while addressing any delays or barriers.
  • Process Compliance and Best Practices:

    Follow and promote internal best practices, including opportunity workflow management, data quality and accuracy, CRM hygiene, quote creation, and forecasting.
  • Product Knowledge and Collaboration:

    Maintain an in-depth understanding of Eptura s solutions and collaborate with teams, such as Product Development and Engineering, to relay customer needs and insights effectively.

About you

:

  • Experience:

    3-5 years in a customer-facing role, with at least 1+ year of renewal experience (preferably in a SaaS environment).
  • Skills:

    Strong active listening skills, high customer empathy, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Mindset:

    Goal-oriented and metrics-driven, with the ability to manage a high volume of accounts.
  • Process:

    Capable of following workflows while identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Confidence:

    Comfortable interfacing with diverse customers and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge:

    Solid understanding of SaaS sales and customer success practices
