As a Customer Success Specialist at Outmarch, you will be a valuable member of the leadership team, responsible for developing and executing customer success strategies to ensure exceptional customer experiences. Your role will involve building strong relationships with customers, providing guidance on product adoption, and collaborating with internal teams to drive customer satisfaction and retention. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own the overall relationship with customers, managing onboarding, training, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction - Act as a trusted advisor to customers, promoting best practices and driving product adoption - Accelerate the contract renewal process and maintain customer satisfaction - Manage customer onboarding and provide feedback to the development team - Create and update Customer Success Playbooks and troubleshoot product issues - Monitor implementation success, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams - Maintain a forecast of renewals and customer status dashboard - Handle incoming customer requests, resolve conflicts, and provide timely solutions - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive growth and gather data for sales enablement content **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree - 1+ years of experience in customer success, renewals, or account management in a software company - Strong oral and written communication skills - Leadership skills and ability to handle multiple projects effectively - Comfortable working in a fast-growing startup environment - Experience working with cross-functional teams and strong attention to detail If you are looking for a challenging role in a fast-growing startup environment and have a passion for customer success, this opportunity is for you!
