Job Description: Outmarch, a fast-growing retail startup, is seeking flexible go-getters to join as a Customer Success Specialist. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a crucial role in crafting customer success strategies and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Your analytical skills will be pivotal in identifying and solving problems to enhance customer experiences. Responsibilities: - Own the overall relationship with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and promoting best practices. - Manage customer onboarding, oversee product adoption, and ensure customer satisfaction. - Accelerate contract renewals and provide feedback to the development team. - Develop test plans, troubleshoot product issues, and update Customer Success Playbooks. - Monitor implementation success, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Maintain renewal forecasts, dashboard of customer status, and prioritize customer requests. - Resolve conflicts, drive resolution handling, and collaborate with sales staff for growth attainment. - Gather data elements for sales enablement content and work with marketing teams. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree. - 1+ years of experience in renewals, account management, or customer success in a SaaS company. - Strong oral and written communication skills. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to handle multiple projects effectively. - Comfortable working in a fast-growing startup environment. - Experience working with cross-functional teams and attention to detail.
