About the Role: We're looking for a proactive Customer Success Manager who can turn great products into even greater experiences. You'll be the trusted advisor for our clients helping them achieve success, solve challenges, and stay delighted with our solutions. What You'll Do: Own post-sales customer relationships and act as the key point of contact. Drive product adoption and help customers achieve measurable ROI. Handle renewals, upsells, and identify expansion opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Support) to champion customer needs. Set up success plans, conduct regular check-ins and business reviews. You Bring: 5–6 years of proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing roles. Experience working with SaaS products or B2B tech companies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A customer-first attitude with problem-solving abilities.
