We're looking for a Customer Success & Adoption Manager to support professionals in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. You will play a key role in ensuring customers realize full value from our construction design solutions, including BIM, CAD, or other planning and modeling software. From onboarding to long-term adoption and engagement, you’ll help industry professionals integrate our tools seamlessly into their workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboard and train customers on construction design software (e.g., BIM, CAD, collaboration platforms).
Drive product adoption by aligning features to AEC workflows.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Monitor customer health and usage metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
Collaborate with product and support teams to address customer feedback and feature requests.
Create tutorials, training materials, and case studies specific to the construction design process.
Requirements:
6+ years in Customer Success or related roles, preferably in construction tech or AEC software.
Solid understanding of design and construction workflows.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Experience with tools like Revit, AutoCAD, Procore, or similar is a plus.
