Customer Success Manager

DDi Smart Technology is seeking an experienced and results-driven professional for the role of Success Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience, with a strong background in global/international client acquisition success and project management within the Software/IT product development industry. As a Success Project Manager at DDi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects and the satisfaction of our global clients.

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
• Lead project teams in the successful execution of client projects, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a proactive and effective manner
• Global Client Acquisition: Work closely with the business development team to understand client requirements and expectations
• Contribute to the acquisition of global clients by providing project management expertise and insights
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including development, quality assurance, and sales, to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes
• Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders at all levels
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that projects are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget
• Implement effective risk management strategies to minimize potential project disruptions
• Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services to clients
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned in future projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, preferably with an MBA/PG in Business Administration/Business Management.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the Software/IT product development industry.
• Proven track record of successful global/international client acquisition and project management.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.
