Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you will build relationships with clients to ensure they are getting the most value from our products
You will work closely with customers to resolve issues, provide training, and help them achieve their goalsKey Responsibilities:Manage customer relationships and ensure satisfaction with our products/servicesOnboard new customers and provide training and supportAct as the customers advocate, resolving issues and recommending solutionsMonitor customer health metrics and identify opportunities for improvementCollaborate with product and sales teams to ensure customer needs are met

Key Qualifications:
Experience in customer success, account management, or a similar roleExcellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skillsKnowledge of customer success metrics and tools (e. g. , CRM software)Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams.
