We’re Hiring — Customer Success Manager (Healthcare SaaS)


Sollu

reduce no-shows, boost patient appointments, and deliver smarter care experiences


Experience:


What you’ll do:

  • Own relationships with hospitals & clinics — onboarding, training, adoption & renewals
  • Help clients use our products to

    improve patient communication, patient engagement & ROI

  • Drive usage, upsell new modules & identify growth opportunities
  • Partner with Product & Tech teams to solve customer needs
  • Be the trusted advisor for hospital administrators & CXOs


You should have:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong client management & consultative skills
  • Experience with enterprise or mid-market accounts
  • Healthcare IT / SaaS / CPaaS background (bonus)
  • Data-driven mindset & ability to show measurable value
