Customer Success Manager

Role Overview: As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) - Sales at GreyB, you will be instrumental in fostering enduring customer connections that contribute to retention, expansion, and advocacy. Your role entails serving as a reliable consultant to clients, ensuring they optimize the value derived from our offerings while recognizing possibilities for upselling and cross-selling that align with their evolving requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for a designated client portfolio, conducting regular business reviews and proactively engaging with customers to comprehend their business objectives and obstacles. - Focus on facilitating customers" successful onboarding, adoption, and utilization of our products/services to achieve their desired outcomes, while identifying and addressing potential risks to customer health to prevent churn. - Identify and cultivate opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products, features, or services to existing clients based on their evolving needs and business objectives. - Collaborate closely with the Sales team on strategic expansion prospects, represent the customer's voice internally to influence product development, marketing, and sales strategies, and engage with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or B2B Sales, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment. - Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to establish rapport and robust relationships with clients at all organizational levels. - Proficiency with CRM software and Customer Success platforms is advantageous.
