About the Role:

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager with 0.6–1 year of experience to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about building client relationships, understanding customer needs, and ensuring their smooth journey with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing support.
• Understand client requirements and assist them in achieving their desired outcomes with our services.
• Proactively monitor client engagement and usage to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Tech, and Support) to resolve issues and provide timely updates.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to maintain strong relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
• Collect and share customer feedback to help improve our offerings.

Requirements:

• 0.6–1 year of experience in Customer Success, Client Relationship Management, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role (IT/Software industry preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to handle multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Basic understanding of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving attitude and eagerness to learn.
