Role And Responsibilities

We are looking for Customer Success Professionals to play a critical role in building relationships with significant clients. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will represent our company and interact with major clients. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing and growing the customer's lifetime revenue potential by creating a shared vision and roadmap for success
  • Providing customers with success blueprints, service plans, and business roadmaps
  • Defining and optimizing the customer lifecycle, mapping the customer journey
  • Communicating with major clients on a regular basis and responding to specific queries
  • Driving adoption and usage of products and features across multiple business units, teams, and markets
  • Developing and implementing efficient and effective management plans for clients

Candidate Qualifications

We require the following qualifications from candidates:
  • Proven work experience as a Strategic Account Manager or Key Account Manager
  • 4+ years of solid Customer Success Management experience in a B2B SAAS environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Should have an education background from a Tier-1 college.
  • Experience building account plans for growth and creating shared vision with customers
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and Account Management systems
  • Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Flexible, startup mindset with proven success in fast-paced work environments
  • MBA from IIM or equivalent is Mandatory
