Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Success Manager . The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience in customer success, client relationship management, or project coordination, with a strong ability to manage stakeholders and drive successful project outcomes. This role blends customer advocacy with project management skills to ensure client satisfaction and business growth. Role & responsibilities Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders. Act as a single point of contact for customer communication, issue resolution, and escalations. Understand client requirements and ensure successful delivery of solutions in coordination with internal teams. Create and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Monitor customer health metrics and proactively manage risks or gaps in service delivery. Drive onboarding, training, and adoption of products or services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Tech, Operations) to deliver value. Ensure customer feedback is captured and shared with relevant departments for continuous improvement. Prepare regular status updates, reports, and performance reviews for clients. Support renewals and upselling opportunities in coordination with the sales team. Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Technology, or a related field. MBA is a plus. 5-7 years of relevant experience in customer success, client engagement along with account/project management. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and client accounts efficiently. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM tools like Zoho and project management platforms like JIRA. Ability to work independently with a proactive and problem-solving attitude. Preferred candidate profile Client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering value. Strong analytical thinking and decision-making ability. Experience in IT/SAAS/Consulting industries will be an added advantage. PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
