Responsibilities and Expectations Proficient in designing, developing, testing, supporting and deploying of Anaplan Business Planning Models. Strong understanding of comprehensively capturing and documenting customer needs and business strategy and processes Experience in Agile Development Process Ability to comprehensively document user stories and create supporting visuals Proficient with all commonly used syntax and functionalities of Anaplan to build and support complex Anaplan models Understand and implement data model and hierarchies Ability to design UI, dashboards, actions, and workflow. Define and administer user roles and permissions in Anaplan. Designing and developing of testing and maintenance procedures and activities. Create and keep software documentation up to date. Ability to adapt to multiple use cases such as FP&A, S&OP, Workforce Planning, Sales & Quota Planning, ICM and Project Planning Must have successfully contributed in customer facing role for at least in 2 greenfield implementation Ability to perform Project Management role Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines Preferred Requirements Motivated learners possessing a professional attitude. Certified Anaplan Model Builder with L1, L2, L3, TAW, and SA certificate. 2-8 years of Anaplan Experience. Successful completion of more than 3 end to end Anaplan implementations will be a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability and desire to be proactive in initiatives and complete the assigned tasks Excellent project management capabilities and leadership skills Prior software implementation and consulting experience of at least 1 - 3 year will be a plus Knowledge of Jira & JQL (Jira Query Language), SQL, Python, BI, Integration, SAP BPC, IBM Cognos TM1, Oracle Hyperion will be added advantage Eligibility Certified Anaplan Model Builder L1, L2, L3, TAW, and SA certificate. B. Engg. / B.Tech / M. Sc. / MCA / Chartered Accountant MBA in Finance / MBA in Operations will be a plus Well versed with advanced MS Excel skills (deep knowledge of formulas, creating automated data frameworks using formulas, power query etc.) Foundational Knowledge on Financial, Supply Chain or Sales Planning Minimum 2 Years of Anaplan Experience Selection Process Interested candidates needs to apply with their detailed resume. We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Success Manager . The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience in customer success, client relationship management, or project coordination, with a strong ability to manage stakeholders and drive successful project outcomes. This role blends customer advocacy with project management skills to ensure client satisfaction and business growth. Role & responsibilities Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders. Act as a single point of contact for customer communication, issue resolution, and escalations. Understand client requirements and ensure successful delivery of solutions in coordination with internal teams. Create and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Monitor customer health metrics and proactively manage risks or gaps in service delivery. Drive onboarding, training, and adoption of products or services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Tech, Operations) to deliver value. Ensure customer feedback is captured and shared with relevant departments for continuous improvement. Prepare regular status updates, reports, and performance reviews for clients. Support renewals and upselling opportunities in coordination with the sales team. Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Technology, or a related field. MBA is a plus. 5-7 years of relevant experience in customer success, client engagement along with account/project management. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and client accounts efficiently. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM tools like Zoho and project management platforms like JIRA. Ability to work independently with a proactive and problem-solving attitude. Preferred candidate profile Client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering value. Strong analytical thinking and decision-making ability. Experience in IT/SAAS/Consulting industries will be an added advantage. PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
