Qualifications

Required:

  • 3+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or related SaaS role.
  • Experience managing SMB or high-volume portfolios with a retention or renewal goal.
  • Basic Salesforce experience (Admin skills preferred) and ability to discuss technical workflows.
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Based in Pune, India and able to work hybrid or onsite, with flexibility for US/EU/APAC customer engagement.

Preferred:

  • Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • Experience with Salesforce-native DevOps tools (Flosum, Copado, Gearset, etc.).
