Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi, India, for a Customer Success Manager. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving retention efforts. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, resolving issues promptly, analyzing customer data to suggest improvements, and aligning client goals with company objectives. The Customer Success Manager will be a key point of contact between Cache Labs and its customers, ensuring seamless communication, excellent service, and long-term partnerships.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively and take ownership of tasks with a goal-oriented approach.
