Customer Success Lead

Will be a single point of contact for all customers and responsible for driving all Client Engagement and Project Executions in coordination with the Technical/Delivery team

Will be responsible for ensuring that the projects are completed within time and budget allocated and escalate any issues to management on time

Should be able to identify risks in a project execution and recommend risk mitigation plan

Develops healthy customer relationship

Evaluates and analyzes customer needs

Builds trust and transparency with clients

Acts as a customer advocate, promotes customer loyalty

Encourages customers to upgrade their products and up sell other products based on their requirements

Collaborating with internal department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects

Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, for various deliverables.

Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently and provide timely feedback to the management on team performances

Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting requirements, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
