Customer Success Intern

As a Customer Success Intern (CSI) at DataHex, your role will be crucial in managing customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving retention and growth. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, guiding them through onboarding, training, and ongoing support to maximize the value they receive from our solutions. Your proactive and empathetic approach will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers - Understand customer needs and ensure their full satisfaction with the product/service - Proactively engage with clients to ensure smooth usage and address concerns - Monitor client accounts and usage to optimize adoption and retention - Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner, collaborating with internal teams as necessary - Collect customer feedback and communicate it to relevant departments for enhancements - Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions using CRM tools - Provide regular updates to management on customer feedback, satisfaction, and retention trends Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in any stream; candidates with strong communication and client-facing skills are preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Empathetic, patient, and customer-focused mindset - Ability to efficiently manage multiple client accounts and tasks - Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach - Strong listening and relationship-building skills - Basic understanding of digital products or IT services is a bonus In this role, you will have the opportunity to work full-time at the Calicut-based office of DataHex.
