Role Description

𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 (𝗙𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗿)

We are looking for tech-savvy, enthusiastic, and communicative freshers who want to kickstart their career in the SaaS industry. As a Customer Success Executive, you will act as the bridge between our clients and the Wappbiz product team.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction, onboarding new clients, resolving product-related queries, and helping businesses make the most of Wappbiz.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Assist in onboarding new clients and providing product training 
• Understand client requirements and ensure smooth adoption of Wappbiz.
• Provide first-level technical and functional support to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Tech, Sales, Support) to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain strong client relationships by ensuring proactive communication.
• Document customer feedback and share insights for product improvement.
• Ensure Customer retention and satisfaction by delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering (preferred).
• Freshers with a strong tech background are welcome.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills in English and Hindi.
• Proficiency in Marathi is a plus point.
• Basic understanding of SaaS architecture.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Able to handle customer queries calmly and professionally.

📍 Work Mode:

Office: Monday–Friday (Pune Office)
