About the Role:

  • Conduct onboarding calls to introduce clients to their purchased programs.
  • Provide clients with a clear understanding of the course roadmap and key parameters.
  • Regularly check client progress, ensuring they attend sessions, complete assignments, and engage with the program.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for resolving client queries and ensuring client success.
  • Drive client satisfaction and success, improving overall success ratios for company's programs.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in client success or account management, preferably in the online education sector.
  • Experience in the online coaching industry is highly valued.
  • Proven ability to resolve client issues and build long-term loyalty.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service and driving results.
