Proactive For Her is a women's healthtech startup dedicated to providing judgment-free, personalised, and confidential healthcare solutions for Indian women throughout their lives. Our services cater to various health concerns from puberty to menopause and are available online, at-home, and in-clinic (in Bengaluru). Our mission is to empower Indian women to take control of their health and wellness journeys, whether through HPV vaccination awareness or facilitating their first gynecology consultation. We also host webinars and workshops on women's health with corporates and communities.
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Customer Success Executive. The Customer Success Executive will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through proactive customer support and account management. Daily tasks include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and analyzing customer feedback to enhance the overall customer experience. The role demands effective communication and coordination with various departments to meet customer needs.
