Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate, self-driven clinical psychology professional (Masters level) to lead the development and delivery of a pioneering Pleasure Coaching Program. This unique initiative focuses on enhancing womens intimate wellness through holistic, non-medication approaches addressing sensory, physiological, mental, physical, and emotional dimensions of pleasure. The program is designed exclusively for women aged 20-45, irrespective of marital status

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and implement a therapy-led Pleasure Coaching program that aligns with holistic women&aposs wellness.
• Conduct sessions both offline and online, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality for participants.
• Address topics related to intimacy, pleasure, and libido enhancement without medication, with a strong emphasis on mental and emotional well-being.
• Create a safe, liberal, and inclusive space inviting open dialogue around traditionally taboo subjects, supporting women in exploring and embracing their sexuality confidently.
• Act as a thought leader within the program, confidently expressing and advocating for progressive perspectives in womens intimate wellness.
• Regularly evaluate program success and participant feedback to refine and enhance offerings.

Candidate Profile

• Masters degree in Clinical Psychology.
• Self-starter with exceptional initiative and leadership skills.
• Comfortable discussing and addressing sensitive and taboo topics with professionalism and openness.
• Strong advocate for womens health and empowerment with a non-judgmental, women-only approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident in taking and defending well-informed positions.
• Commitment to discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
