Customer Success Executive

About the Team The Home Loans team at Navi helps customers access housing finance in a simple, fast, and transparent way. The team works closely with customers, builders, and internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing—from application to disbursal. Focused on delivering a great customer experience, the team handles internal and external stakeholders along with compliance. By combining field presence with strong central support, the team plays a key role in making home ownership easier and more accessible.
About the Role Customer Success Executive – Home Loans
Welcome to the “last mile” of lending. Once a loan is approved, you step in to collect the right documents, check every detail, and turn that approval into cash in the customer’s account.
You keep paperwork simple for customers, answer property-related questions from vendors, and upload everything for quick internal checks. If a problem appears, you jump in—whether that means a quick phone call, a city-side document pick-up, or a visit to the property site.
Your goal is clear: finish each file on time so monthly sales targets stay on track and customers can move into their new homes without delay.
What we expect from you
Visit customer residences to collect physical documents required for loan processing.
Conduct in-person KYC verifications at the customer’s residence, when required as per process
Coordinate with the customers to ensure timely document collection and submission.
Collect any post-disbursement documents promised by the customer and ensure proper handover to the operations team.
Coordinate with courier partners and ensure safe dispatch of collected documents to the central office whenever required.
Maintain professionalism and a customer-first approach during all field visits to build trust and ensure a positive experience.
Provide accurate and timely updates on collection and courier status to the central team.
Must Haves 1–3 years of experience in field operations, collections, documentation, or customer service roles.
Strong customer interaction skills with polite, professional, and trustworthy conduct.
Ability to handle sensitive documents responsibly and follow SOPs for verification, transport, and submission.
Basic knowledge of KYC/documentation processes is a plus.
Own a 2-wheeler with a valid driving license and comfortable with daily intra-city travel.
High ownership, reliability, and accountability in completing assigned tasks on time.
Ability to work closely with the central Customer Success team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
