Job Description

As a Customer Success Consultant at Akrivia HCM, you will be an integral part of our team, dedicated to ensuring our clients successfully adopt and utilize our innovative HR technology solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to lead end-to-end implementations of Akrivia HCM systems, ensuring seamless integration with customer workflows. You will develop and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and training sessions for new clients, providing expert technical support, and actionable workarounds for any challenges that may arise during and after implementation. Your role will also involve analyzing and understanding customer workflows to offer tailored solutions that align with their business needs, serving as a trusted advisor and point of contact for escalated issues to ensure rapid resolution and client satisfaction. In addition to implementation and onboarding, you will be expected to develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Akrivia HCM product suite, staying updated on new features and industry trends. Collaborating with internal teams such as Product, Development, and Sales, you will relay client feedback and suggest enhancements to further improve our solutions. Building and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with clients will be essential, as you conduct regular review meetings to monitor satisfaction, assess progress, and identify opportunities for improvement. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation, training materials, and best practice guides to enhance customer knowledge and support. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in implementing and supporting HCM systems is required, along with a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective workarounds. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as a customer-centric approach are essential. You should have the ability to quickly learn and master new technologies, developing a strong product knowledge base. Preferred qualifications include prior experience in a customer success, consulting, or technical support role within the HR technology or HCM domain, certifications or specialized training in HCM systems, and experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple client engagements. Your success in this role will be driven by your passion for helping customers achieve their business goals through technology, proactive problem-solving approach, ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and quick adaptability to the rapidly changing technology landscape.,
