You Need

Location: Noida
Experience: 2+ Years

We are seeking a Customer Success (BA-QA) Specialist to ensure high-quality project delivery through effective requirement analysis, quality assurance, and customer interaction, while adhering to data security standards.

Key Skills:

Strong analytical skills for requirement analysis and documentation
Expertise in quality assurance processes and testing methodologies
Knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle helpdesk support
Experience with UAT processes and user feedback collection
Proficient in project management and process improvement methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven track record in a Customer Success, Business Analysis, or QA role
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
