You are seeking a Customer Success (BA-QA) Specialist to ensure high-quality project delivery through effective requirement analysis, quality assurance, and customer interaction, while adhering to data security standards. Your role will involve utilizing strong analytical skills for requirement analysis and documentation, expertise in quality assurance processes and testing methodologies, knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle helpdesk support.
