Academics : Any graduate with good communication skills

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our Customer Success team for the International Voice Process. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about travel, have excellent communication skills, and are eager to build a career in customer service. Candidates with prior experience or exposure to the travel industry will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle international customer interactions via voice calls to assist with travel bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and general queries.

Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.

Assist in managing end-to-end travel services including flights, hotels, and ground transport.

Coordinate with internal departments to resolve service requests or booking-

0-1 years of experience in customer service, Mandatory in a voice-based process.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English for international support.

Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Strong interpersonal skills with a problem-solving attitude.

Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM tools preferred.
