Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Issue insurance policies to customers with complete accuracy and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
  • Review and process insurance applications, quotes, and endorsements.
  • Ensure timely and error-free policy documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve policy-related queries and improve process efficiency.
  • Maintain high productivity, quality standards, and TAT compliance.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer-centricity and situation-handling abilities.
  • Basic understanding of insurance products, processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Candidates with post-sales insurance experience will be preferred.

Additional Skills:

  • Familiarity with insurance software, CRMs, and other policy-issuance systems.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Ability to meet productivity, accuracy, and quality targets.

Benefits

25,000 CTC (for freshers) to 31,000 CTC (for experienced - max up to 20% hike on last drawn salary)
