Job Description Role:Customer Success Associate LOB: PhonePe – MLS Process: Domestic Process Work Mode: Work From Office LocationPlot No. 76-A, Phase IV, Udyog Vihar, Sector 18, Gurugram, Haryana – 122016 Role: Customer Success Associate Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of telesales experience Qualification: Graduation is mandatory Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer queries related to PhonePe services Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication Document customer interactions and update records as per process guidelines Follow defined SOPs, quality standards, and compliance requirements Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required Skill Set RequiredExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage Salary & Benefits CTC: ₹23,000 – ₹26,000 per month Cab Facility: Available as per company policy Shift Details24/7 rotational shifts 6 days working with 1 weekly off For female employees: Shift window between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM Interview Process Interview ProcessHR Round Operations Round Versant Assessment Client Round
