Job Role : International Customer Success Associate Location: Gurugram Work Mode: Work from Office Education: Graduates & Undergraduates can apply Salary: Up to ₹35,000 CTC (Approx. ₹30,000 in hand after deductions) Transport: Both-side cab facility available within hiring zones Roles And Responsibilities : Voice Process (80%) & Email/Chat Support (20%) 5 Days Working | 2 Weekly Offs (Rotational) Immediate Joiners Preferred Work with a global customer base in an international environment Requirement: Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written) Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice / Customer Support process Comfortable working in rotational shifts (including night shifts) Must have good interpersonal & problem-solving skills Should be customer-oriented with strong ownership and accountability Shift: Rotational Shifts Week Off: 2 rotational offs per week Transportation: Both-side cab within hiring zone If outside cab zone: Self Travel Allowance applicable Interview Process : HR Screening Operations Round Versant Assessment (English Communication Test)
