Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer support in both

  German and English

  (spoken and written).
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions.
  
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer queries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns effectively and efficiently.
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document issues for further analysis.
  
• Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of customer cases in alignment with SLAs.
  

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Educational Background:

  B.Tech Graduate (Mandatory)

• Language Proficiency:

  Certified in

  German (B2, B2.2, or C1 Level)

  Mandatory
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in

  German and English

• Strong logical and analytical thinking; ability to handle customer escalations with a problem-solving approach
  
• Minimum

  1 year of experience in Technical Support and Customer Service
