The ideal candidate will have experience in business development and client servicing in the IT recruitment domain. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, and collaborating with recruiters to deliver talent solutions. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the IT staffing sector Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach Understand client requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team to deliver matching candidates Build long-term relationships with decision-makers in client organizations (e.g., HR heads, IT managers) Negotiate the terms of business and close staffing contracts Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting in CRM tools Stay updated on IT industry trends and workforce demands Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree (preferred in Business, Marketing, or IT-related field) 1-4 years of experience in IT staffing/business development/recruitment Strong understanding of IT roles (developers, testers, cloud engineers, etc.) Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Proven track record of sales or client acquisition Ability to work independently and with a team Preferred (Not Mandatory): Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) Existing client network in the IT staffing domain
