Job Summary

IT

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the IT staffing sector
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team to deliver matching candidates
  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers in client organizations (e.g., HR heads, IT managers)
  • Negotiate the terms of business and close staffing contracts
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting in CRM tools
  • Stay updated on IT industry trends and workforce demands

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree (preferred in Business, Marketing, or IT-related field)
  • 1-4 years of experience in IT staffing/business development/recruitment
  • Strong understanding of IT roles (developers, testers, cloud engineers, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of sales or client acquisition
  • Ability to work independently and with a team

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce)
  • Existing client network in the IT staffing domain
