Job Description / Responsibilities: Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their hiring requirements Present customized IT staffing solutions including Contract, C2H, and Permanent hiring models Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely and quality delivery of candidates Negotiate terms of engagement, close sales deals, and consistently meet revenue targets Maintain sales pipeline and activity reports in CRM and other tracking tools Desired Candidate Profile: Experience: 2 - 5 years in IT staffing sales (contract, C2H & permanent) Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred) Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and hiring trends Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets; experience in lead generation, account management, and cold-calling Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence decision-makers Tools Proficiency: Familiar with CRM and ATS tools Attributes: Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
Role & responsibilities 6+ years of PeopleSoft FSCM Technical development experience. Experience working with PeopleSoft 9.2 application. Experience in People Tools version 8.6 and higher Solid understanding of key PeopleSoft modules including AP, Travel & Expenses, BI, AR, Contracts, PC, GL, AM, and LA. A background in Coupa is a plus! Strong experience in PeopleTools, Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Component Interface, File Layout, Integration Broker, Workflow, and SQR. Develop Application Engine / CI/App class and troubleshoot process failures. Experience in troubleshooting processes and online performance issues Develop and maintain Integration Broker services. Ability to create or modify BI publisher reports Experience with Approval workflow setup and troubleshooting preferred. Good Functional experience in Expenses, P2P, O2C Finance modules Ability to work in a team environment consisting of technical and non-technical members. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Create and maintain documentation and standards.
