Customer Success Associate

Job Summary:The Customer Success / Relationship Manager will be responsible for building strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth through effective account management. The role focuses on client retention, upselling, and maintaining consistent service quality. Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to achieve their goals. Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations efficiently. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, sales, product) to ensure timely resolution of client issues. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling company products/services. Track client usage, engagement, and feedback to improve service delivery. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account updates. Share periodic reports and updates with clients and management. Desired Candidate Profile:Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (HS) / Graduate in any discipline. Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving attitude with client-first approach. Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
