As a Customer Success Advisor at our company, you will be part of the Sales, Insurance, and Customer Support teams for Voice Process in our Pune, Maharashtra office. Whether you are a fresher or an experienced professional, if you possess exceptional communication skills and a dedication to customer service, we are excited to have you on board! **Key Responsibilities:** - Work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Utilize assigned software and tools to manage customer interactions and data - Adhere to company policies and procedures - Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor consistently - Provide detailed information about insurance products - Process insurance applications or claims - Answer customer queries regarding insurance policies - Handle both inbound and outbound calls as per Line of Business (LOB) - Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to sales, insurance, or general product/service information - Offer accurate and timely information to customers - Troubleshoot problems and assist customers in finding solutions - Keep records of customer interactions - Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department **Qualifications Required:** - Graduation is mandatory Join our team and enjoy a salary ranging from up to 25,000 CTC for Freshers to up to 31,000 CTC for Experienced professionals.
