Position Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals for the role of Customer Success Associate. The ideal candidate will engage with customers through outbound calls, understand their insurance needs, and offer suitable solutions across Health, Motor, and Life insurance categories. This is a target-driven role that requires excellent communication and strong customer handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound voice calls to potential customers for insurance products.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate insurance plans.
• Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
• Build rapport with customers and maintain a positive interaction experience.
• Achieve defined sales and service targets.
• Update and maintain records in the CRM system.
• Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective customers.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and compliance guidelines.

Eligibility CriteriaEducational Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.

Experience

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Experienced candidates: 6 months to 1 year of experience in insurance, sales, or customer service (mandatory).
• Freshers: Must know at least one regional language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Oriya, Assamese) + fluent English.

Skills & Language Requirements

• Excellent communication in English and Hindi (mandatory).
• Proficiency in any additional regional language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam) preferred.
• Neutral accent with strong grammar and clear pronunciation.
• Customer-centric approach with confidence in handling sales conversations.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Salary Structure

• Freshers: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 CTC
• Experienced: Up to ₹31,000 CTC

Age Criteria

• 18 to 30 years

Work Schedule

• Male Candidates: Rotational Shifts (24×7)
• Female Candidates: Day Shifts (up to 8 PM)
• 6 days working per week

Additional Information

• No cab facility or travel allowance provided.
• This is a sales-driven role; candidates must be comfortable with targets.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
