This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Advisor located in Dwarka. The Customer Success Advisor will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, engaging with customers to enhance their experience, and ensuring customer retention through effective support. Daily tasks include addressing customer inquiries, providing top-tier customer service, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.
