Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an L2-VoIP Engineer located in Delhi, India. The person will be responsible for troubleshooting VoIP issues, providing technical support, managing telephony networks, and ensuring the optimal performance of the VoIP infrastructure. Daily tasks include monitoring network performance, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, managing VoIP hardware and software, and providing technical support to customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support
• Proficiency in Voice over IP (VoIP) and Telephony technologies
• Knowledge and experience in Networking
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant certifications in VoIP and Networking are a plus.
