Customer Services Executive (Voice & Non-Voice Process)

As a Customer Services Executive, your role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. You will respond to customer inquiries through various channels such as calls, emails, and chat, ensuring prompt and effective solutions to their issues. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and meeting performance targets are key responsibilities in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner. - Respond to customer inquiries via voice and non-voice channels (calls, emails, chat). - Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions. - Meet individual and team performance targets. Qualifications Required: - Age: 18 to 35 years - Education: Minimum 12th pass or equivalent; graduates preferred. - Communication Skills: Good command of English and/or local language(s) - Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. - Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office and typing.
